Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) are fats which the human body needs to maintain good health. EFA’s need to be supplied in the diet – or by supplementation – as the body cannot manufacture them.
Each softgel capsule provides 1000 mg cold-pressed Evening Primrose Oil, typically providing 80 mg of the Omega-6 essential fatty acid GLA, with 10 mg Natural Source Vitamin E.
