Maca root
Maca root (Lepidium meyenii), often referred to as Peruvian ginseng, is a cruciferous root vegetable native to the high altitudes of the Andes Mountains in Peru. It has been used for thousands of years as both a staple food crop and a traditional medicinal remedy. Today, it is globally popular as a dietary supplement—typically sold in powder, capsule, or liquid extract forms—and is widely classified as an adaptogen (a natural substance believed to help the body manage stress).
Boosts Libido and Sexual Function: Maca is most famous for its potential to increase sex drive. Multiple studies show improvements in libido for both men and women after several weeks of use, notably doing so without altering testosterone or estrogen levels
